Q: How do I connect my DV device?

A: Turn on the camera’s Wi-Fi, connect your mobile device to that Wi-Fi network, then open Fun DV. The app will automatically detect and connect to your device.

Q: How can I save videos/photos to my phone?

A: In the album, select the files you want to save and tap the download button to store them to your phone’s gallery.

Q: How do I share my media to social platforms?

A: After editing, tap the share button, then select the platform (such as Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter) for quick sharing.

Q: What should I do if I can't connect to the device?

A: Please make sure the camera’s Wi-Fi is enabled and your phone is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. If problems persist, restart your devices or contact our technical support.
